| If you are setting up a completely
new IAG library, you will need to cost all equipment and furniture
as well as information materials.
The following items should be taking into
consideration when planning spending:
• annual reference books (Careers etc.)
• subscriptions to software licences
• an annual sum for the purchase of
new books
• subscriptions to magazines or journals
• a photocopying budget to duplicate
popular materials which will wear out quickly (see guidance
on copyright here)
• postage and stationery e.g. loan
cards, envelopes, PC printer consumables and basic office
equipment. |
